Counting Windows
Here is a list of the windows and they are counted for estimation
purposes.                   
Step #1 - Counting  your windows panel  window cleaning
1. Are you insured?
 
Yes, our company and all of our technicians are fully insured.
 
2.  How often should i have my windows cleaned?
 
We recommend having your windows cleaned twice a year to prevent hard
water accumulation and to extend the longevity of windows and screens.
 
3.  How are the windows cleaned?
 
All windows are cleaned by hand individually. We use standard window washing supplies, squeegees, buckets and soft cloths.
 
4. What do you use to clean the window?
 
We use a combination of mild soap and water to wash your windows. It is environmentally safe and it will not leave streaks and it is non abrasive. We do not use any acid based products, ammonia and vinegar.
 
5. How much will it cost to clean my windows?

6. Do I really need to have the inside of my windows cleaned?
 
Yes, typically we like to do both inside and outside on your first service. After your first cleaning for a year, you can rotate from inside and outside window cleaning to just an outside only. Inside windows can stay cleaner longer for you, but there are some things that contribute to your windows needing to be cleaned are: if anyone smokes in the house, children, pets and
misc.
 
7.  How long will it take to clean my windows?
 
Typically cleaning window can take anywhere from 1 to 8 hours, it all depends on the size of the house and many windows  and when your last cleaning was. Also if you have any storms, screens or French style windows that will add to the cleaning time.
 
8. Do I have to be home for cleaning?
 
If you are a first time customer we recommend that you are home for your windows washing appointment . We like to do a full price quote and would like you to see how we perform the service, and answer any questions that you may have.
 
If you are having your gutters cleaned you don't necessarily have to home for the gutter cleaning. We can leave invoice at your home after your gutters have been cleaned. We do ask that you provide us with a phone number that we can reach you at if any questions should arise.
 
If you are having your windows cleaned on the outside only you don't necessarily have to be home for this either. As long as any storm and or screens that are on the outside of your windows can be removed from the outside. We do ask you mail in payment with in 5 days after the service has been completed. We do ask that you provide us with a phone number that we can reach you at if any questions should arise.
 
 
 
 
 
 
9. When is a good time to schedule my appointment?
 
we do offer same or next service when available. During the busy season (spring & fall) we do recommend that you try and give  one week's notice when possible.
 
10. Do you offer service on the weekend?
 
Yes, we have Saturday appointment available. During the peak season (spring and fall) we offer Sunday appointments.
 
11. Is there anything that I need to do before your arrival?
 
We bring our own equipment and supplies. We do ask that all blinds and or window treatments are open or tied back before our arrival, and that there is a clear path to reach the window. Please remove any breakable, nick-knacks on or around the window area.
 
12. Why should I call a professional window washing company instead of a maid service to clean my windows?
 
Most maids service use a product like "windex" and paper towels which will not clean your window, it will rub the dirt around which will create a static charge that will attract dirt and dust to your windows, but worst of all it can scratch the glass. Our window washer use only professional window washing tools and equipment.
 
13. What if it rains or snows on the day of my appointment?
 
We try to closely monitor the current weather conditions. If the weather is questionable on the day of your appointment please contact our office 484-903-7575.
 
14. How often should I have my screens cleaned?
 
We recommend that screen be cleaned once a year.
 
15. Is there going to be a mess on my carpet or will my wall get dirty during the window washing?
 
The floors will be covered with a drop cloth or towels to prevent anything from dripping on the floor. The workers will also be careful not mark up your walls.
 
16. Will the window washer wear shoe covers?
 
Out of respect for you and your home, our window washer will either remove their shoes or wear shoe covers.
 
17. Can I trust the people that you are sending to my home?
 
Yes, we are fully insured. We hire only responsible individuals and we also do background checks.
 
18. What type of payment do u accept?
 
We accept cash, check,visa or master card.
